Agents
- Cellular agents: robots designed to test and monitor SIM based services.
- Ethernet agents: robots (hardware) or agents (software) that can perform tests based on cable internet or a private LAN.
- Smartphone agents: robots or agents that can control real phone devices
- Passive agents: agents that can retrieve server logs (used for infrastructure monitoring)

Robot / agent Name

Zone: The actual location of your robot (it can be configured in its configuration file).

Number of sim / smartphones: the number of sim cards or smartphones currently used on the robot (only available for cellular and smartphone robots).
- Available means the robot is up and running
- Maintenance means the robot has been put in maintenance mode
- Unreachable means the robot can't be reached

- Edit: edit the configuration parameters of the agent
- Delete: to delete the agent
- Set agent in maintenance: to put the agent in maintenance (deactivates the monitorings)
- Unset agent from maintenance: to release the agent from maintenance mode
- Reboot this agent: to restart the robot

Hostname: name of your ethernet agent

Ip: ip or the ethernet agent

Zone: region where your ethernet is located

Version: version of the agent

Capacity (if applicable): number of action that the agent can do in parallel

Active: if your agent is active or if it is under maintenance

Network Configuration: network configuration of the agent (as ifconfig)

Tags: select the products for which you want to use this agent
At the bottom of the page, you will also find information about how busy you agent has been the day before between 0:00 and 23:59 (based on the timezone you selected). In this example, the agent has been fully busy (performing a test / monitoring) between 16h50 and 16h55.
The top bar allows you to quickly identify is you could add other monitorings on this specific resource. On this particular example, adding a monitoring with a frequency that is every 10 minutes or higher would not be possible, as there are already some 10 minutes slots when the sim is fully used. But adding a new monitoring with a frequency of 30 minutes or less could be possible.

Sims
Available sims are listed in gray, while the unregistered sims are listed in red. All information (hostname, slot, phone number, usage, iccid, imsi, network status, technology used, signal level and slot status) is shown when available.
A click on the ⋮ icon next the the sim card allows you to either reboot the slot (modem), or edit the resource.
When editing the sim card, you can see more detailed information about it, and possibly configure the following parameters:
- National MSISDN
- International MSISDN
- Products: the products that you want the sim to be available for
- Name: the name of the sim card
- Phone prefix: the country code
- Active: activates or deactivates the monitorings on the sim card
- APN name
- APN login
- APN password
Don't forget to save and reboot the slot after any modification.
At the bottom of the page, you will also find information about how busy you sim has been during the last 24 hours. In this example, the sim has been fully busy (performing a test / monitoring) between 4h35 and 4h40.
The top bar allows you to quickly identify is you could add other monitorings on this specific resource. On this particular example, adding a monitoring with a frequency that is every 5 minutes or higher would not be possible, as there are already some 5 minutes slots when the sim is fully used. But adding a new monitoring with a frequency of 10 minutes or less could be possible.

Available smartphones are listed in gray, while the disconnected smartphones are listed in red. All information (hostname, usb slot, uuid, usage, manufacturer, model and name) is shown when available.
A click on the ⋮ icon next the the smartphone allows you to edit the resource.
When editing the smartphone, you can see more detailed information about it, and possibly configure the following parameters:
- Name: give a name to the smartphone
- Tags: the products that you want the smartphone to be available for
