Before swapping a SIM on a cellular robot, make sure you identify the correct robot and slot.
To do so, select the Administration section
Chose "cellular robots"
Click on the 3 dots of the robot box, and select "set agent in maintenance"
Withdraw the current SIM card and install the new one.
The new SIM must be set without a PIN code
Click on the 3 dots of the robot box, and select "edit". Browse the page to reach the slots section
Click on the 3 dots to the left of the slot, and select "reboot this slot". After 1 minute, click again on the 3 dots to the left of the slot and select "edit"
Modify the values for:
- National msisdn
- International msisdn (without +)
- Phone prefix
Assign the necessary products. If needed, add the apn data, and save.
From the robot slot section, select the 3 dots of the corresponding slot and chose "reboot this slot".
Go back to the cellular robot menu, and release the robot from maintenance by clicking on the 3 dots and selecting "unset agent in maintenance"
