The Youtube action is located just below the API Call in the action menu:

Once selected, the form looks like so:

The form in itself is simple, there are several inputs fields:

URL: Enter the URL of the video with the following format

Duration: the duration during which the video is played. Be carefull, it also includes the setup time of the video. Meaning that on slow connections if you asked 15 seconds and the setup took 10s then you will play 5 second of video.

Quality: Choose the quality of your video
