kapptivate administration lets admins manage their own users. For the moment, admins are responsible for the creation of users in a given organization.
Users List
To list all users (active and disabled) in your organization, you have to go to the Users List tab in the Administration. Here you'll get a list of all users, the groups they belong to, the products they have access to, and their last login date.

How to create a user?
To create a user, just click on the + New User button located on the top right. You will be redirected to a form where you will need to enter details for your user.

Username = the username of the user, needed to log in to kapptivate interface.

Password = the password the user will be given. If you don't put one here, an automatic one will be generated by kapptivate Testing & Monitoring.

Password Confirmation = you must confirm the password you entered before (if you use an autogenerated one, leave this empty).

First Name & Last Name

Email = email of the user, he can use it also to log in and will receive an email once his account is created.

Teams = permissions groups the user belongs to.
- Roles = standalone permissions you can give to users.
- Security policy = manages the login and password rules
How to edit a user?
Once a user is created, from the list you can access its detais by clicking on the three dots button ⋮. You will be redirected to the same creation form as when you created it, with a few additional options:

How to reset a user's password?
To reset the password of a given user, just click on Reset user password.

How to disable a user?
A user can be active or disabled. If a user is marked as disabled, they will not be able to connect to the tool.
To deactivate a user, click on the three small dots and then on Deactivate user.
You can easily check whether a user is disabled, as it will have a "disabled" label on the user row.

How to reactivate a user?
Click on the three small dots and then on Reactivate user. The user will immediately have access to their account again.
