In order to create new test ressources in kapptivate, you need to have admin rights over an Organization. Once your have admin rights, the administration can be accessed from different places in the web interface:
1 - Accessing the administration from Organization Selection View
Once you connect to kapptivate, the default page which will be displayed is the Organization selection view. Here you can choose an organization and click the "Administration" link which will redirect you to the administration pages.

2 - Accessing the administration from the top navbar
Once logged in kapptivate Testing & Monitoring, you will always see the same navigation bar at the top. In the top right corner of that bar, you will find under your username a dropdown menu containing the link to the administration pages.
