Each generated KPI can be used to trigger alerts and send notifications to specific users through various channels.
You can access the alert setup page by clicking on "Alert setup", under the alerting section. All the current alerts are displayed.
You can add a new one by clicking on "add alert" in the top right corner. There are 4 types of alerts.
Threshold alerts
Give a name to your alert, define the alert source (see query examples in the custom dashboards page) and adjust the warning and critical thresholds. You can also make the alert focus on specific products, platforms or tests and setup a recurring notification.
The alert can be sent via email, slack, SMS or Microsoft Teams.
Success rate alerts over the last runs
Give a name to your alert and adjust the warning and critical thresholds, after specifying the last points to check. You can also make the alert focus on specific products, platforms or tests and setup a recurring notification.

Raw alerts
This option allows you to trigger a fully customized alert, according to a script. Setting up this kind of chart needs advanced knowledge on scripting and is usually performed by Kapptivate experts.
