My monitorings are showing technical errors (grey)
1. Which resource (sim card, web agent, smartphone) am I using?
Open the monitoring results page and check the resource running the tests:
2. What is the status of the corresponding agent?
If the resource is a sim card or a smartphone, click on Sims or Smartphones to find out which agent they are connected to:
Go to the admin section of kapptivate and look for the (cellular / web / smartphone) agent that corresponds to the resource to check its status:
3a. If the status is available, restart the agent
Click on "..." and select "Set agent in maintenance"
Click on "..." again and select "Reboot this agent"
Wait for 3 minutes.
Click on "..." and select "Unset agent from maintenance"
3b. If the status is unreachable, physically reboot the robot
Turn off the robot and turn it on again.
4. If the reboot is failing or if monitorings are still showing technical errors after a reboot
Check the status of the robot itself.
If it is turned on (check LEDs on the robot) and the agent status is still unreachable, go through the network troubleshooting steps to investigate on the network side.
